Our Process

We have experience integrating difficult and broad programs, and we know how to listen first, before proposing a solution

Researching the policy elements

Each contract has unique statutory, regulatory, and sub-regulatory requirements. Our policy experts review the government program, what it must accomplish, what the original intent of the program was, and how those requirements affect and color the contract requirements

Thorough review of current environment

10|01 adds to our background knowledge by researching who is currently performing the work, what the process looks like, and any available information about the current contract. We want to know what you will have to do that’s not clear through available policy information or contract documents.

Determining what you excel at

Before building a solution, it makes sense to build it around your team’s strengths. We do a full review of your capabilities, plus those of your team. We work with you to build a solution that comes from a position of strength. We help identify gaps that might need an additional partner, and work with you to create a high level solution early in the proposal process.
